Welcome to the Forms Template Designing Competition organized by Munshify. By participating in this contest, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility
The contest is open to everyone, regardless of location.

2.⁠ ⁠Contest Period
The contest will run from 28/08/2024 to 24/09/2024.
Entries received after the contest period will not be considered.

3.⁠ ⁠Selection of Winners
Winners will be selected based on criteria, e.g., creativity, originality.
The decision of Munshify regarding the selection of winners will be final and binding.

4.⁠ ⁠Prizes
If the mentioned prizes are not available, Munshify has the right to change and compensate with similar prizes.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5.⁠ ⁠Winner Notification
Winners will be notified email & phone within 10 days after the contest ends.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, Munshify reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

6.⁠ ⁠Publicity
By participating in the contest, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes by Munshify without additional compensation.

7.⁠ ⁠Liability
Munshify will not be responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
Munshify reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control affect the integrity of the contest.

8.⁠ ⁠Privacy
Personal data collected during the contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and in accordance with Munshify’s Privacy Policy.

9.⁠ ⁠General Conditions
Munshify reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or unethical behavior.
