Refund / Cancellation Policy

Digital products, unlike physical products, cannot simply be replaced. When it comes to SaaS or AMC-based subscriptions of our digital products, they can be cancelled before their next billing date. However, refunds are more complex, as it’s difficult to align both parties. Therefore, only in rare instances—and strictly within 30 days of purchase—if technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities prevent the software from functioning, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund.

In such cases, you must provide enough information to positively identify your purchase transaction (e.g., order number, company name, date of transaction, purchase code, number of licenses purchased, etc.). If your request is made within 30 days of purchase and we are able to verify your order, you must also submit an email or a letter of destruction of the on-premise software on your company letterhead or from your official company email before the refund can be processed.

Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7 working days.

Munshify is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected mail or email, delays in downloading, or other communication system delays.
